Senior Manager, Events

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Alabama.

📋 Description

• Oversee the strategy, planning, and implementation of a fundraising portfolio exceeding $400,000.

• Enhance revenue through engagement with donors, sponsors, and volunteer leaders.

• Provide exceptional event experiences.

• Cultivate and maintain relationships with donors, sponsors, volunteers, and community partners to meet revenue objectives and increase engagement.

• Manage event fundraising logistics, budgets, vendor coordination, and experience execution.

• Create strategies to boost revenue, participation, and the donor pipeline.

• Align event participants and partners with wider organizational engagement initiatives.

• Track performance against objectives and refine revenue generation and return on investment.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams for successful event execution and brand consistency.

⛳️ Requirements

• A Bachelor's Degree is mandatory.

• A minimum of 2 years of proven experience in fundraising and relationship management.

• Proven track record of generating revenue through relationship cultivation and volunteer participation.

• Excellent project management and event execution capabilities.

• Ability to handle multiple priorities and achieve results in a dynamic environment.

• Strong skills in relationship-building, influencing, and communication.

• A strong focus on customer and donor experience.

• Candidates must reside in the Mobile, AL area.
