Senior Manager, IGA Engineering – SailPoint ISC

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Texas.

📋 Description

• Lead a team of engineers specializing in Identity Governance.

• Define the technical strategy and engineering standards for enterprise IGA services.

• Oversee the architecture, implementation, and operation of SailPoint Identity Security Cloud.

• Manage identity lifecycle processes, access requests, certifications, provisioning, and policy workflows.

• Guide the transition from legacy identity platforms to SailPoint ISC.

• Establish governance protocols for service accounts, machine identities, cloud service principals, bots, and other non-human identities.

• Enhance automation through APIs, custom connectors, GitOps, Infrastructure as Code, automated testing, and DevSecOps methodologies.

• Collaborate with business and technology leaders to facilitate application onboarding, cloud transformation, regulatory compliance, and operational reporting.

• Report directly to the Director of IGA.

⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 8 years of experience in Identity and Access Management or Identity Governance engineering.

• At least 5 years of experience in managing software engineering or identity engineering teams.

• Practical experience in implementing and operating SailPoint Identity Security Cloud.

• Proven track record in leading enterprise SailPoint implementations from architecture to production support.

• Familiarity with identity lifecycle management, access certifications, provisioning, RBAC, ABAC, and governance workflows.

• Experience in developing identity integrations utilizing APIs, connectors, and automation.

• Proficient in Agile delivery, DevSecOps, CI/CD, Git, and Infrastructure as Code.

• Ability to effectively communicate technical strategy and program progress to senior leaders and cross-functional stakeholders.
