This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Take charge of the HRIS and associated technologies, ensuring optimal performance, data integrity, as well as compliance with security and privacy regulations.
• Spearhead system enhancements, upgrades, integrations, and partnerships with vendors.
• Assess and deploy scalable solutions that enhance efficiency and the employee experience, collaborating with HR, Technology, and Finance teams.
• Streamline core HR processes throughout the employee lifecycle while upholding compliant, scalable procedures and controls.
• Supervise employee data management, conduct audits, and ensure process consistency by working closely with HR Centers of Excellence.
• Drive HR technology and operational enhancement projects from the planning stage through to implementation and adoption.
• Coordinate timelines, engage stakeholders, manage testing, training, and change activities, translating business requirements into actionable solutions with measurable outcomes.
• Oversee the transition from the organization’s legacy HR system by evaluating, planning, implementing, adopting, and stabilizing the new system.
• Provide dashboards, reports, and workforce insights to support strategic decision-making and enhance organizational effectiveness.
• Uphold HR data governance standards, controls, and documentation while promoting the responsible use of AI-driven tools and analytics.
• Troubleshoot complex HRIS challenges and act as the escalation point for system support issues.
• Develop training materials and self-service resources, leveraging support trends to minimize manual tasks and enhance service delivery.
• A Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Information Systems, or a related discipline is required.
• A minimum of 5 years of progressive experience in HRIS, HR Operations, or a related HR technology role, including at least 3 years specifically focused on HRIS management and implementation.
• Proven experience as a system owner or lead administrator for an enterprise HRIS platform such as Workday, UKG, ADP, Oracle, SAP, or similar systems.
• A track record of successfully leading HR technology implementations, system enhancements, or significant process improvement initiatives.
• Strong knowledge of HR operations, employee lifecycle processes, and HR data management practices.
• Experience in developing dashboards, reports, and workforce analytics.
• Excellent project management, organizational, and problem-solving abilities.
• Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel and familiarity with data analysis and reporting tools.
• Understanding of HR compliance, data privacy, and governance best practices.
• Outstanding communication and relationship-building skills, with the capability to collaborate effectively across all organizational levels.
• Preferred experience in change management, process improvement methodologies, or HR transformation initiatives.
• SHRM-CP, SHRM-SCP, PHR, SPHR, or similar certification is preferred.
• Must be able to work anywhere in the United States.
