Senior Manager – HR Analytics

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Canada.

📋 Description

• Assume full responsibility for client engagements from start to finish, guaranteeing the successful implementation of data, analytics, and AI initiatives.

• Convert intricate business challenges into effective, scalable analytics and AI solutions.

• Develop, nurture, and enhance relationships with senior stakeholders at client organizations.

• Ensure alignment, manage stakeholder expectations, and provide outstanding client experiences.

• Lead and assist cross-functional delivery teams made up of data scientists, data engineers, and business analysts.

• Guarantee high-quality execution of projects.

• Spearhead strategic initiatives that promote enterprise-wide AI adoption, cloud-native data modernization, and measurable business results.

• Collaborate with AI, data, engineering, and consulting professionals across various locations.

• Expand and strengthen strategic client partnerships.

⛳️ Requirements

• 9-15 years of professional experience, with a minimum of 5 years focused on HR analytics.

• Proven experience in facilitating enterprise-level HR data and analytics transformation projects.

• Strong knowledge of HR metrics and KPIs, including headcount, attrition, turnover, span of control, and workforce productivity.

• Capable of leading discovery workshops, engaging senior HR and business leaders, and guiding the technical team on project approach.

• Exceptional ability to supervise, assist, and remove obstacles for cross-functional technical teams to ensure successful project outcomes.

• Proven track record of identifying business needs, proposing solutions, and driving account growth.

• Ability to collaborate with IT and Data Engineering teams to integrate analytic outputs into business processes.

• Degree in Business Analytics, MBA, or equivalent professional experience.
