Senior HR Consultant

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Illinois, +4 more states.

📋 Description

• Deliver professional, outsourced HR and HR consulting services to a diverse range of clients across various industries.

• Oversee daily HR and administrative operations for clients.

• Prepare, process, and execute payroll for clients in accordance with their payroll schedules.

• Ensure data integrity within the HRIS/payroll system.

• Conduct full-cycle recruitment services for numerous positions at all levels within a client’s organization, encompassing applicant tracking, interviewing, and reference/background checks.

• Address internal and external HR-related inquiries and requests via the dedicated Advantage HR mailbox.

• Establish and nurture relationships with clients and employees as a reliable HR resource through clear communication and timely fulfillment of deliverables.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in lieu of a degree.

• A minimum of three (3) years of progressive HR experience, with comprehensive HR knowledge across all disciplines, including compliance, benefits, employee relations, talent management, and compensation.

• Proficient in using ADP Workforce Now / ADP Run.

• Prior experience in preparing and processing payroll.

• Solid understanding of all MS Office products (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).

• Extensive experience utilizing Excel and other data tools for detailed analysis (preferred).

• Previous experience with ATS platforms (ADP preferred).

• Strong functional knowledge of payroll processes, requirements, and regulations.

• Excellent oral and written communication skills, capable of engaging with both internal colleagues and external clients at all organizational levels.

• Ability to manage multiple tasks and projects for various clients simultaneously.

• HRCI / SHRM certification (preferred).
