Employee Relations Specialist

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Philippines.

📋 Description

• Conduct investigations into employee grievances, incidents, and breaches of policy.

• Prepare and issue Notices to Explain, hold administrative hearings, and draft Notices of Decision in accordance with the twin-notice principle and due process.

• Develop, communicate, and enforce company policies as well as the code of conduct.

• Review and revise the employee handbook and HR policies to ensure compliance with the Labor Code and DOLE issuances.

• Provide guidance to managers regarding disciplinary measures, performance issues, and appropriate documentation.

• Maintain thorough and confidential records of all cases.

• Assist with SEnA/NLRC matters and liaise with legal counsel as necessary.

• Support offboarding processes and manage clearances for disciplinary separations.

• Help employees with claims for SSS, PhilHealth, and Pag-IBIG benefits, as well as loan applications, while coordinating with payroll.

⛳️ Requirements

• 3–5 years of HR experience with a strong emphasis on employee relations and management of disciplinary actions.

• In-depth knowledge of the Philippine Labor Code, DOLE regulations, and due process standards.

• Proven ability to draft Notices to Explain (NTEs), hearing documentation, and Notices of Decision.

• Capable of handling sensitive discussions with fairness, discretion, and confidence.

• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills in both English and Filipino.

• Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, HR Management, Business, or a related discipline.

• Must be located in the Philippines.

• Availability and willingness to work a shift aligned with U.S. time zones.

• Compliance with employment verification, background checks, reference verification, LinkedIn updates, and company monitoring policies is required.

• Must maintain only one full-time employment at CAS.
