
Senior Manager, Healthcare Product Commercialization

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Florida, +3 more states.
• Formulate and execute comprehensive strategies and plans for the commercialization of both new and existing products, encompassing pricing, positioning, messaging, and market entry.
• Direct cross-functional teams spanning Product Management, Marketing, Sales, Operations, Legal, and Training.
• Establish and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) for product launches and ongoing performance metrics.
• Deliver regular reports and insights to senior leadership.
• Create and oversee product launch budgets and schedules.
• Develop sales enablement tools, marketing collateral, and training programs.
• Work in partnership with marketing to execute integrated campaigns that enhance product awareness, drive demand, and improve lead conversion.
• Cultivate and sustain relationships with internal stakeholders and external partners.
• Serve as a subject matter expert on trends in healthcare technology, customer requirements, and the competitive landscape.
• Identify and enact process enhancements within product commercialization workflows.
• A Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Healthcare Administration, or a related discipline.
• A minimum of 4 years of progressive experience in product management, product marketing, or commercialization within the healthcare technology or software sectors.
• Demonstrated success in launching and commercializing complex software products.
• Strong understanding of the healthcare payer and/or provider market.
• Excellent strategic thinking, analytical, and problem-solving abilities.
• Outstanding leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to effectively influence and collaborate across all levels of the organization.
• Capability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
• Experience with agile development methodologies is advantageous.
• Proficiency in market analysis tools and CRM software.
• An MBA is preferred.
