This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Take ownership of the go-to-market strategy for Oura's healthcare partnerships, which includes joint campaign strategies, activation of owned channels, launch sequencing, and enabling partners.
• Convert product positioning into actionable channel plans that enhance discovery, enrollment, and sustained usage in both Oura-owned and partner-owned channels.
• Develop scalable go-to-market strategies for new healthcare integrations.
• Align go-to-market priorities with revenue objectives and opportunities at the partner level.
• Manage partner-side campaigns, co-branded initiatives, industry events, and partner channel activation throughout Oura's ecosystem.
• Encourage adoption behaviors such as lab result uploads, purchases of diagnostic panels, and activation of integrations.
• Lead co-marketing and adoption strategies for key direct-to-consumer healthcare partners.
• Oversee integrated co-marketing programs in collaboration with Integrated Marketing, Brand, Lifecycle/CRM, Product Marketing, and Partnerships.
• Serve as the primary marketing liaison for Tier 1 accounts, ensuring alignment among stakeholders regarding objectives, timelines, and KPIs.
• Enhance healthcare product and partner launches through strategic partner and channel plans.
• Manage the partner-facing narrative, while Product Marketing takes charge of the consumer-facing product storyline.
• Work with teams across Product Marketing, Commercial Marketing, Brand, Lifecycle/CRM, Partnerships, Commercial, Clinical, Legal, and Regulatory sectors.
• Navigate the marketing review and approval processes within the healthcare sector.
• Lead strategic initiatives and influence cross-functional priorities utilizing data-driven recommendations.
• Establish KPIs focused on adoption metrics such as reach, enrollment, activation, retention, and revenue impact.
• Create measurement frameworks, evaluate performance, adjust strategies, and develop scalable playbooks.
• Minimum of 7 years of experience in partner marketing, portfolio or product marketing, ecosystem marketing, or commercial marketing within a high-growth B2B, B2B2C, or consumer health organization.
• Direct experience in marketing within or alongside healthcare sectors, including digital health, pharma, payers, providers, or health systems.
• Proven track record of building and managing portfolio-level go-to-market strategies across multiple products or services.
• Demonstrated success in executing co-marketing initiatives with major strategic partners, including building relationships at the executive level.
• Experience in crafting partner marketing programs that extend beyond individual activations.
• Strong background in defining success metrics and KPI structures for partner and portfolio marketing.
• Familiarity with healthcare marketing compliance, claims substantiation, and legal/regulatory review protocols.
• Experience collaborating closely with commercial, partnerships, and clinical teams.
• Strong executive presence and adept stakeholder management abilities.
• Willingness to travel (20-25%) for partner meetings, industry events, and significant launches.
• Strategic and commercially focused marketer with extensive experience in healthcare, digital health, pharma, or payer environments.
• In-depth understanding of healthcare ecosystem dynamics—how providers, payers, pharma, employers, and digital health platforms engage, partner, and market.
• Proficient in navigating the limitations of regulated marketing.
• Comfortable making strategic decisions and setting priorities in dynamic and ambiguous environments.
• Experienced in influencing outcomes rather than direct ownership.
• Confident in collaborating closely with Product Marketing and Integrated Marketing teams without duplicating responsibilities.
• Strong business acumen and data literacy in constructing KPI frameworks.
• Clear and confident communicator with senior stakeholders and external partners.
