Senior Manager, FP&A

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Act as the main financial partner for the Fraud & Security Solutions business unit.

• Deliver comprehensive global financial reporting and analysis to aid strategic decision-making.

• Prepare and present weekly bookings forecasts based on active deals.

• Showcase forecasts to FSS senior leadership prior to submission to Verint global leadership.

• Develop annual budgets and monthly forecasts for the global FP&A organization.

• Collaborate with FSS budget owners to comprehend business needs and suggest modifications or enhancements.

• Evaluate monthly actual financial outcomes against budgets and forecasts.

• Liaise with global accounting teams to rectify entries when necessary.

• Determine the effects of actual results on future periods and revise forecasts accordingly.

• Share insights with FSS budget owners.

• Collaborate with business unit leadership to synchronize financial processes with product roadmaps and strategies.

• Work with FSS supply chain to assess impacts on forecasts and upcoming budgets.

• Review inventory and identify reserves for outdated or slow-moving products.

• Oversee headcount forecasts and recruitment plans in conjunction with HR and business leaders.

• Conduct annual bookings and quota analyses to support commission plans.

• Calculate monthly commission payments and forward them to payroll.

• Execute ad hoc analyses as necessary.

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 8 years of experience in Finance or Accounting.

• More than 4 years of FP&A experience collaborating directly with key business decision-makers.

• Deep understanding of P&L reporting.

• Experience in researching and investigating significant variances in financial outcomes versus expectations.

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance.

• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint).

• Excellent oral and written communication abilities.

• Strong research and problem-solving capabilities.

• Robust work ethic and willingness to work beyond standard business hours when necessary.

• Ability to adjust to rapid changes and think innovatively.

• Effective time management skills with a proven track record of meeting deadlines and attention to detail.

• Successful completion of a background screening process, including employment verifications, criminal checks, OFAC, and Social Security verification.

• Successful completion of a credit check for travel-related positions requiring suitable travel credit lines.

• Preferred: Experience with Oracle, Hyperion, and/or Anaplan.

• Preferred: Background in Cost Accounting.
