This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Take charge of the administration, support, and execution of the roadmap for Fullsteam’s financial systems, with an initial emphasis on Zuora and Zuora CPQ.
• Oversee the integrations of Zuora, Salesforce, and NetSuite throughout the quote-to-cash process.
• Design, configure, troubleshoot, and document API connectors linking business unit systems to Zuora.
• Manage relationships with payment gateways and processor providers integrated with Zuora and NetSuite.
• Handle technical support cases in Zuora, along with billing document templates and custom workflow or object logic.
• Manage the relationship with NetSuite Advanced Customer Support, including handling escalations and renewals.
• Collaborate with Accounting on system-supported month-end and quarter-end closing processes.
• Lead evaluations, implementations, enhancements, testing, and user acceptance activities for financial systems.
• Mentor and develop a team of financial systems professionals.
• Act as a liaison among Finance, Sales Operations, IT, Technology Operations, Revenue Operations, and external implementation partners.
• Establish and uphold data governance, system access, and control standards.
• Troubleshoot issues related to billing, subscriptions, and other financial systems.
• Manage and support the wider finance technology stack.
• Assess and recommend tools, automation, AI opportunities, and system improvements.
• Oversee technical vendor relationships, service performance, escalations, licensing, and renewals.
• Maintain application controls, approval workflows, role-based access, and segregation-of-duties requirements.
• Coordinate access reviews, control testing, audit evidence, and remediation activities.
• Safeguard sensitive financial data in accordance with security, privacy, records management, and data governance standards.
• Collaborate with IT and Information Security on architecture, integrations, identity and access management, cybersecurity, data platforms, operations, and technology risk.
• Participate in enterprise intake, architecture, security, vendor, change management, and release management processes.
• Coordinate impact assessments, testing, release plans, and support readiness for cross-system modifications.
• 8+ years of experience in financial systems, revenue operations, ERP administration, or a similar finance technology position.
• 3+ years of experience in people management.
• Practical administration experience with Zuora and Zuora CPQ, covering billing, platform configuration, and associated revenue or subscription management processes.
• Hands-on experience with NetSuite; SuiteScript or SuiteFlow experience is preferred.
• Familiarity with Salesforce and its integration points with billing and ERP systems.
• Strong grasp of quote-to-cash processes and general ledger workflows.
• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Information Systems, or a related discipline.
• NetSuite Administrator or ERP Consultant certification is preferred.
• Experience in SaaS or multi-company back-office operations is preferred.
• Solid understanding of financial systems and process automation, including experience in identifying, designing, or implementing AI-enabled solutions.
• Knowledge of internal controls and IT general control frameworks.
• Experience with financial reporting, data platforms, reconciliation processes, and building integrations between financial systems.
• Detail-oriented with excellent organizational and time management abilities.
• Hands-on leadership style with a practical, business-oriented approach to service delivery, project execution, and decision-making.
• Proven capability to lead, inspire, and develop teams by setting clear priorities, effectively delegating, actively communicating, and coaching team members.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate across all organizational levels.
• Demonstrated capability to partner effectively with Accounting, Finance, IT, Information Security, Internal Audit, Procurement, Legal, vendors, and business stakeholders.
