This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Massachusetts.
• Create and sustain financial models for budgeting, forecasting, long-term planning, scenario analysis, and strategic objectives.
• Assess business drivers, profitability, growth patterns, and overall enterprise performance.
• Analyze risks, opportunities, and potential business outcomes in collaboration with Finance leadership.
• Convert intricate financial data into actionable recommendations for executive-level decision-making.
• Assist in the monthly, quarterly, and annual planning processes.
• Develop presentations and financial communications that are suitable for executive review.
• Integrate financial and operational results into practical narratives.
• Create materials for Board meetings, lender presentations, discussions with the Executive Leadership Team, and other high-profile forums.
• Manage requests from lenders, ratings agencies, private equity sponsors, and other external parties.
• Prepare analyses, presentation materials, FAQs, and documentation for external meetings and due diligence activities.
• Collaborate with Finance, Treasury, Legal, Accounting, and business leaders to collect, verify, and convey information.
• Oversee project plans, communication schedules, and deliverables associated with lender processes, ratings reviews, and diligence activities.
• Coordinate teams to ensure the timely and accurate completion of essential deliverables.
• Enhance modeling processes, reporting quality, communication efficiency, workflows, and tools.
• Assist with special projects and strategic initiatives.
• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business, or a related discipline.
• 8-10 years of experience in Investment Banking, Consulting, Strategic Finance, Investor Relations, Corporate Finance, or a related field.
• Advanced skills in financial modeling, forecasting, and analysis.
• Knowledge of the capital markets, particularly in the Private Equity and Direct Lending sectors.
• High proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint, with experience creating materials for executives or Boards.
• Outstanding written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to distill complex analyses into clear business insights and executive narratives.
• Experience in managing multiple priorities and delivering high-quality results in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong collaboration and influencing abilities, capable of working effectively across various functions and levels.
• Preferred: experience in lender relations, ratings agencies, debt financing, investor relations, or private equity sponsorship.
• Preferred: background in financial services, wealth management, asset management, consulting, investment banking, or strategic finance.
• Preferred: familiarity with planning and reporting tools/languages such as Power BI, Anaplan, Hyperion, SQL, or similar systems.
