
Senior Manager – Field Reimbursement

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in California, +1 more state.
• Act as the senior reimbursement subject matter expert for Philips Ambulatory Monitoring & Diagnostics products and services.
• Provide guidance to customers and internal teams on provider economics, coding, coverage, payment, health policy, as well as Medicare and commercial payer requirements.
• Ensure that reimbursement information, resources, training, and customer-facing guidance are precise, compliant, and effectively communicated.
• Design and implement field reimbursement strategies aimed at minimizing access barriers, enhancing payer coverage, and optimizing payment pathways.
• Collaborate with field sales leadership to establish regional priorities, facilitate customer education, and achieve reimbursement objectives.
• Develop and nurture relationships with customers, payers, and stakeholders through reimbursement engagement, payer presentations, and provider education.
• Convey complex reimbursement and health economic information to payers, providers, sales teams, and cross-functional partners.
• Work in partnership with HEMAR, Marketing, Sales, Medical Education, Legal, and Compliance to address payer access challenges and develop reimbursement strategies.
• Offer insights from the payer and hospital perspectives to inform internal strategy, product development, and market access planning.
• Oversee annual reimbursement objectives, KPIs, reporting systems, and productivity tracking.
• Keep abreast of health policy, reimbursement trends, and industry best practices.
• Travel frequently, up to 40%, based on business requirements.
• A minimum of 10 years of relevant field reimbursement experience.
• Preference for similar or adjacent monitoring experience.
• Strong track record in market access and reimbursement.
• Demonstrated ability to operate in the field and present to diverse stakeholder groups.
• Exceptional capability to articulate value within a field reimbursement role.
• Master's degree or higher in a pertinent field.
• Related certifications are preferred but not mandatory.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to influence across functions.
• Experience and knowledge in field reimbursement within the medical device industry.
• Capability to meet the minimum physical, cognitive, and environmental job requirements with or without accommodation.
• Willingness and ability to travel up to 40% depending on business needs.
• US work authorization is required; sponsorship is not available now or in the future.
• Must live in or within commuting distance of a specified location.
