This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Spain.

📋 Description

• Develop and execute Market Access strategies to guarantee access to BeOne products at both regional and hospital levels.

• Illustrate therapeutic, economic, and societal benefits through comprehensive understanding of the regional landscape.

• Cultivate and manage relationships with Regional Health Administration professionals and hospital stakeholders.

• Facilitate the introduction of BeOne products within regional and hospital settings.

• Spearhead negotiations for tenders, negotiated procedures, offers, purchasing centers, and regional framework agreements.

• Oversee the creation and customization of pharmacoeconomic data, cost-effectiveness, and budget-impact models.

• Build relationships with Regional Health Authorities, Medical Societies, Scientific Institutions, Payers, and Patient Advocacy groups.

• Relay updates on local health-policy changes, trends, and competitor Patient Access activities to cross-functional teams.

• Ensure adherence to all relevant external and internal regulations, policies, procedures, standards, guidelines, and codes of conduct.


⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 5 years in a pharmaceutical industry role focused on Oncology, with interactions with Regional Health Administrations and affiliated organizations.

• Comprehensive understanding of the national health system and health policies of the Autonomous Communities relevant to the role.

• Established knowledge and leadership in managing relationships with key pharmaceutical stakeholders within Health Organizations in the designated Autonomous Communities.

• Profound scientific expertise and the capability to advocate for and assess clinical aspects within the assigned therapeutic areas.

• Proven track record of successful drug launches in regional and hospital markets.

• Demonstrated experience in negotiating drug pricing and reimbursement terms with public administrations and health authorities at both Regional and Hospital levels.

• A holistic and strategic perspective.

• Strong persuasive communication skills with excellent presentation abilities.

• Native Spanish speaker with fluent English proficiency.

• Bachelor's degree in Science, with a Master's in Science or Business preferred.

• Proficient standard computer skills are required.
