Senior Manager, Field & Event Marketing

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Texas.

📋 Description

• Take ownership and expand Cin7's global field and event marketing initiatives across North America, EMEA, and APAC.

• Direct the strategy and execution of trade shows, industry conferences, roadshows, customer events, partner activations, webinars, and events hosted by Cin7.

• Create integrated marketing campaigns for pre-event, onsite, and post-event phases.

• Collaborate with teams in Demand Generation, Product Marketing, Digital Marketing, Customer Marketing, Creative, Sales, Product, Customer Success, Partnerships, and senior leadership.

• Ensure alignment of field marketing efforts with company goals and go-to-market strategies.

• Assess and enhance performance, campaign outcomes, and event ROI.

• Oversee budgets, agencies, vendors, and event logistics.

• Investigate and implement AI-driven tools and innovative marketing technologies.

• Develop scalable programs, refine processes, analyze outcomes, and enhance the impact of field and event marketing on growth.

⛳️ Requirements

• 5-7 years of B2B marketing experience, particularly in field marketing, event marketing, or integrated campaign management.

• Proven experience in establishing or expanding field marketing programs within a SaaS or rapidly growing tech company.

• Track record of successfully planning and executing regional events, conferences, customer gatherings, and executive experiences that yield measurable business results.

• Experience collaborating across functions with Sales, Product, Customer Success, and Marketing teams.

• Strong capabilities in strategic planning and hands-on execution.

• Exceptional project management, communication, and stakeholder management abilities.

• Capacity to influence at all organizational levels.

• Data-oriented mindset with experience in evaluating campaign performance and event ROI.

• Openness to adopting AI and new marketing technologies.
