This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Texas.

📋 Description

• Support the planning, coordination, and execution of pre-event logistics and on-site management for various community events.

• Conduct outreach to event participants prior to the event to encourage attendance.

• Aid in preparing presentations for sponsors.

• Collect materials for sponsor follow-up after meetings.

• Help in maintaining relationships with essential stakeholders.

• Assist in generating reports, data entry, and organizing information related to events.

• Prepare printed materials and assemble thank-you cards.

• Organize supplies for events.

• Assist in the planning and execution of Hands-Only CPR demonstrations.


⛳️ Requirements

• Applicants should be seniors or graduate students pursuing a degree in business, communications, public relations, nonprofit fundraising, or event management.

• Experience or a strong interest in promotion, sales, or fundraising is preferred.

• Proven excellence in written communication skills.

• Strong one-on-one and group communication abilities.

• Comfortable working professionally with community leaders, volunteers, and staff.

• Effective oral and presentation communication skills.

• Ability to handle multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced setting.

• Intermediate to excellent proficiency in MS Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint.

• Basic knowledge of Canva is advantageous.

• Must have a reliable WiFi connection and dependable transportation.

• A minimum availability of 20 hours per week, Monday–Friday between 8:30 am and 5:00 pm is required.

• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States for any employer without sponsorship, now or in the future.

• Remote work must take place within the United States.
