This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Conduct research to identify recruiting events and job fairs that align with TSA's hiring requirements and prepare recommendations for TSA's review and approval.
• Register TSA for the approved recruiting events and job fairs, finalize agreements, and secure booth or event space.
• Identify and secure suitable venues for TSA-hosted recruitment and hiring events.
• Oversee the shipment of event supplies and materials, including tracking deliveries, returns, and readiness issues.
• Manage the secure storage of Government-furnished equipment and event materials.
• Keep precise inventory records and maintain control over client property.
• Monitor inventory levels and coordinate the restocking or replenishment of event supplies.
• Maintain digital records of registrations, agreements, shipments, inventory, venue details, and logistics information.
• Provide routine logistics updates to TSA.
• Maintain and supply a current weekly schedule of registered recruitment events.
• Complete or coordinate TSA Form 251 and TSA Form 251-1 for shipping and receiving documentation.
• Collaborate with TSA and internal project team members on approvals, event requirements, shipping timelines, materials, and occasional on-site support needs.
• Minimum of two (2) years of experience in coordinating recruiting events, job fairs, conferences, hiring events, or similar event and logistics activities.
• Bachelor’s degree in business, communications, marketing, hospitality, event management, logistics, or a related field.
• Experience in managing event registration, venue or booth reservations, organizer coordination, shipping, storage, inventory, and event preparedness across multiple concurrent events.
• Proven experience in maintaining event schedules and accurate digital records for registrations, shipments, inventory status, and logistics activities.
• Ability to securely manage client-owned or Government-furnished event materials and coordinate receiving, shipping, replenishment, and inventory control requirements.
• Capability to obtain and maintain a Public Trust clearance.
• Legal authorization to work in the U.S.
• Strong critical thinking, analytical, and time management skills.
• Demonstrated ability to organize, prioritize, and collaborate effectively with others.
• Proficient in communicating thoughts, ideas, and solutions logically in both written and oral forms.
• Ability to remain calm under pressure and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
• Capacity to accept feedback from clients and implement changes swiftly and effectively.
• Quick adaptability to complex issues.
• Enthusiasm for working in a fast-paced, rapidly evolving environment.
