Senior Manager, Field Enablement

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Design and expand field enablement initiatives from onboarding to advanced value selling.

• Enhance productivity and readiness within the sales organization.

• Ensure that Account Executives can proficiently articulate Rubrik’s Zero Trust Data Security and AI-driven resilience value propositions.

• Create a regional strategy and roadmap that aligns with global enablement programs and leadership requirements.

• Perform regular evaluations to pinpoint gaps in sales team readiness.

• Collaborate strategically with Americas Regional Directors and synchronize enablement KPIs with regional revenue objectives.

• Oversee a top-tier onboarding experience to minimize ramp-up time for new hires.

• Promote the adoption of sales methodologies such as MEDDICC and Command of the Message.

• Monitor and report on enablement effectiveness using Salesforce and Clari.

• Assess success through metrics such as quota attainment, win rates, and uptake of new product plays.

⛳️ Requirements

• 10+ years of experience in Sales Enablement, Sales Operations, or Sales Leadership in a high-growth SaaS or Cybersecurity setting.

• 3+ years of experience managing sales teams.

• Demonstrated capability to lead remote staff across the Americas.

• Comprehensive understanding of the North American sales environment, regional business practices, and competitive landscape in cybersecurity.

• Proficient in Salesforce, Highspot/Seismic (CMS), and LMS platforms.

• Familiarity with AI-assisted coaching tools is a significant advantage.

• Outstanding executive presence with the ability to present to senior leadership.
