This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Take ownership of the CRO and experimentation roadmap for National University’s website and digital experiences.
• Define, implement, and continuously refine data-driven testing and optimization strategies.
• Set testing SLAs, QA standards, governance, and deployment practices.
• Maintain a collection of hypotheses, test results, learnings, optimization opportunities, and best practices.
• Manage the entire experimentation lifecycle from the identification of opportunities to production rollout.
• Design and execute A/B, multivariate, and multi-page experiments.
• Enhance information architecture, content presentation, navigation, page experience, and calls-to-action.
• Analyze the entire prospective student journey to pinpoint friction, abandonment, and conversion opportunities.
• Advocate for continuous optimization of program discovery across web properties.
• Develop and enhance personalized website experiences based on audience needs, behavioral insights, and lifecycle stages.
• Collaborate with Marketing, Enrollment, Digital Analytics, IT, Accounts, Brand, and Product teams.
• Identify opportunities to leverage AI-assisted optimization, predictive insights, and behavioral decision-making.
• Oversee measurement best practices, quarterly meta-analysis, the CRO Playbook, dashboards, and KPI framework.
• Define, track, and communicate CRO, experimentation, personalization, and business-impact KPIs.
• Establish weekly, monthly, and quarterly reporting for senior leadership.
• Create executive dashboards and present results and recommendations to the Chief Marketing Officer and senior stakeholders.
• Assess emerging trends, technologies, platforms, and optimization capabilities.
• Benchmark industry trends, competitor experiences, customer expectations, and evolving digital behaviors.
• Perform additional duties as assigned.
• Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Business, Analytics, Statistics, Human-Computer Interaction, or a related field.
• Over 7 years of experience in conversion rate optimization and experimentation, website experience management, personalization, digital merchandising, or e-commerce.
• At least 2 years of experience in strategy, program ownership, or similar managerial responsibilities.
• Proven experience in administering A/B testing and personalization platforms such as Adobe Target, VWO, or Optimizely.
• Experience in designing and optimizing personalized digital experiences using audience segmentation, behavioral targeting, geo-targeting, and journey-based targeting.
• Demonstrated ability to develop and execute CRO and experimentation roadmaps, KPI frameworks, prioritization frameworks, and executive reporting.
• Experience managing vendors, agency partners, and external development resources.
• Proven track record of measurable improvements in conversion, lead generation, engagement, and business outcomes.
• Portfolio, case studies, or documented examples showcasing measurable conversion improvements.
• In-depth expertise in experimentation methodologies, hypothesis development, test design, statistical analysis, and results interpretation.
• Proficiency with Adobe Target, Optimizely, VWO, Adobe Analytics, GA4, and FullStory.
• Strong understanding of customer data platforms, audience segmentation, behavioral targeting, and customer journey optimization.
• Ability to analyze complex datasets using SQL, dashboards, and analytics tools.
• Familiarity with UX principles, customer journey mapping, accessibility (WCAG), responsive design, content strategy, and technical experimentation considerations.
• Experience in evaluating emerging technologies, including AI-driven personalization, predictive modeling, and automated decision-making.
• Exceptional communication, storytelling, stakeholder management, and executive presentation skills.
• Capability to influence and align cross-functional teams without direct authority.
