Senior Manager – Entity Management

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Oversee the Entity Management delivery queue and workload to achieve volume, quality, and SLA targets.

• Collaborate with outsourced partners to ensure adherence to agreed SLAs.

• Lead, mentor, and enhance the skills of a team of delivery specialists/analysts.

• Maintain global EMT standards, SOPs, and ensure compliance with statutory and regulatory requirements in all served markets.

• Address client operational inquiries and handle escalations effectively.

• Ensure accounts remain informed and satisfied with services.

• Track SLA compliance and quality metrics.

• Assess team productivity and utilization rates.

• Evaluate compliance and control results.

• Measure client satisfaction levels regularly.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.

• Over 6 years of experience in entity management, corporate secretarial, or business-services operations, including team leadership.

• In-depth understanding of statutory and entity-compliance procedures.

• Highly organized, detail-oriented, and adept at managing both workload and personnel.

• Experience in multiple markets is preferred.

• Familiarity with delivery platforms and workflow tools is an advantage.
