This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in New York.
• Lead and nurture the Enterprise Solutions team by defining roles, responsibilities, performance expectations, and development plans.
• Cultivate business partnerships, accountability, innovation, service, and a culture of continuous improvement.
• Oversee external partners and consultants, managing scope, expectations, deliverables, timelines, quality, and value.
• Administer resources, budgets, and vendor relationships while adhering to IT priorities and investment guidelines.
• Establish relationships with process owners and functional leaders across Operations, Manufacturing, Supply Chain, Sales, Finance, and other areas.
• Translate business requirements into actionable needs and solution opportunities.
• Facilitate discussions between business and IT regarding processes, data, and technological alternatives.
• Elevate strategic opportunities, investment requirements, and cross-functional priorities to the Director of IT.
• Identify, document, enhance, and standardize business processes and best practices.
• Conduct workshops for current-state and future-state process assessments and improvements.
• Create repeatable methodologies for requirements gathering, process design, solution evaluation, testing, implementation, and user adoption.
• Develop and uphold Enterprise Solutions roadmaps that align with business objectives and IT strategies.
• Recognize application capabilities, gaps, dependencies, lifecycle requirements, and areas for improvement.
• Suggest enhancements, modernization, consolidation, or replacement of applications.
• Plan and manage improvements, rollouts, upgrades, and integrations of Enterprise Solutions.
• Provide leadership for significant system implementations and transformation efforts.
• Coordinate requirements gathering, design, testing, deployment, stabilization, training, and organizational readiness activities.
• Supervise application support and collaborate with the Service Desk.
• Minimize technical debt, application complexity, and redundant features.
• Oversee Enterprise Solutions' involvement in data governance initiatives.
• Collaborate with data owners, stewards, and Data & Analytics teams to ensure data quality, reporting, analytics, and information management.
• Identify and facilitate automation, analytics, and AI initiatives.
• Establish metrics and KPIs to evaluate solution effectiveness and business value.
• Conduct post-implementation reviews and pinpoint ongoing improvement opportunities.
• Execute priorities and uphold standards and governance consistent with the IT strategy.
• Ensure adherence to security, regulatory, data protection, and company policies.
• Maintain centralized documentation and training materials.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Systems, Computer Science, Operations, Engineering, or a relevant field is required.
• A minimum of 8 years of progressive experience in business technology, Enterprise Solutions, business process enhancement, consulting, transformation, or similar areas.
• At least 5 years of experience leading teams and/or cross-functional business initiatives.
• Proven experience collaborating directly with business leaders and process owners to define and implement effective solutions.
• Strong comprehension of business processes and how technology, data, and process improvements can drive business results.
• Demonstrated experience leading or supporting enterprise system implementations, process transformations, or significant business improvement projects.
• Experience in developing requirements, facilitating business process discussions, and converting business needs into actionable solutions.
• Familiarity with data governance, data quality, analytics, or related information management fields.
• Excellent communication, facilitation, influencing, and stakeholder management skills.
• Proven ability to lead through influence across organizational boundaries.
• U.S. Citizenship is required due to access to export-controlled technology and data under ITAR, EAR, and FCI/CUI regulations.
• Preferred: experience in implementing ERP, CRM, supply chain, manufacturing, QMS, or other enterprise systems in a manufacturing or industrial setting.
• Preferred: experience leading initiatives in business process improvement or operational excellence.
• Preferred: experience with enterprise data governance and master data management.
• Preferred: exposure to AI initiatives such as automation, analytics, or AI-enhanced business process improvements.
• Preferred: experience leading data architecture, BI, or self-service reporting projects.
• Preferred: familiarity with cloud platforms and contemporary integration or DevOps practices.
• Preferred: professional certifications such as PMP, PMI-ACP, CSM, ITIL, Microsoft, Lean/Six Sigma, Prosci, or AI-related certifications.
• A Master’s degree in a relevant discipline is a plus.
• Full-time schedule from Monday to Friday.
• Flexibility to occasionally assist with critical system go-lives or urgent production issues outside of standard hours.
• Remote-based position.
• Some travel required, including international trips for periodic visits to other sites, vendor offices, or industry events.
