Senior Manager, Enterprise Security

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Supervise the function of Enterprise Security services.

• Ensure that Rubrik's Corporate Enterprise IT technologies are architected and executed to meet high security standards.

• Enhance the security posture of SaaS applications, integrations, identity and access operations, corporate endpoints, wireless networks, IoT devices, and enterprise systems.

• Conduct audits to ensure compliance with Enterprise Security standards.

• Design and establish security standards across Okta, Windows, macOS, Linux, Vault, LastPass, Salesforce, Glean, and other related business applications.

• Collaborate with IT and other departments to secure enterprise applications, integrations, and access to sensitive and business-critical data.

• Assess, develop, and oversee security and compliance policies in IT management systems such as JAMF and Intune.

• Analyze and fortify applications, infrastructure, automation, and deployment processes, including CircleCI, GitHub workflows, Tines, and Zapier.

• Create security standards and implement monitoring, alerting, and governance in partnership with Corporate IT, operations, and governance stakeholders.

• Evaluate and approve application security review requests.

• Assist the SOC in analyzing threats, vulnerabilities, controls, and residual risks.

• Lead efforts to remediate critical vulnerabilities and detect indicators of compromise in conjunction with Vulnerability Management and Threat Operations.

• Oversee and manage EDR policies.

• Collaborate on the deployment of technologies for AI utilization and security.

• Utilize AI tools and agents to enhance team performance and boost enterprise security capabilities.

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 5 years of management experience.

• Proven experience in enterprise security, including hands-on administration and design across Windows, Mac, Okta, and public cloud infrastructure.

• Extensive understanding of enterprise attack vectors and exploits in end-user and IT applications.

• Subject matter expertise in business applications, endpoint management, and identity management.

• In-depth knowledge of endpoint systems, corporate networking including Wi-Fi, and IT application systems such as Salesforce, Mulesoft, and LastPass.

• Proficiency in programming languages such as PowerShell, Python, Go, or Java.

• Experience in deploying and securing enterprise applications and environments at scale.

• Security and administrative expertise in at least one major public cloud provider: AWS, GCP, or Azure.

• Familiarity with corporate security maturity model frameworks and their application.

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

• Knowledge of regulatory guidelines and standards such as SOC 2, ISO 27001, and FedRAMP.
