Senior Cloud Security Consultant – CrowdStrike Falcon

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Set up CrowdStrike Falcon Cloud Security along with relevant CNAPP modules in the Falcon console.

• Configure security policies for Kubernetes and Amazon EKS.

• Develop CSPM policies and fine-tune CDR detections.

• Establish CWP and runtime security policies across various environments including development, non-production, performance, and production.

• Conduct security use-case testing to verify detection, containment, and admission-control capabilities.

• Implement comprehensive container security covering image scanning, admission control, and runtime protection.

• Set up CIEM functionalities, including entitlement analysis.

• Relay architecture, implementation choices, and technical insights to leadership and client stakeholders.

• Collaborate with client Technology and Cloud Engineering teams to deploy and enhance a CNAPP solution from start to finish.

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 3 years of practical experience in configuring CrowdStrike Falcon Cloud Security and CNAPP modules, or a similar CNAPP platform such as Wiz or Palo Alto Prisma Cloud.

• Preference for candidates with CrowdStrike experience.

• Proven experience in configuring security policies for Kubernetes and Amazon EKS.

• Familiarity with establishing CSPM policies and tuning CDR detections.

• Background in configuring CWP and runtime security policies across development, non-production, performance, and production environments.

• Experience in executing security use-case testing to validate detection, containment, and admission-control features.

• Knowledge in implementing end-to-end container security, including image scanning, admission control, and runtime protection.

• Proficiency in configuring CIEM capabilities, including entitlement analysis.

• Must be legally authorized to work in the U.S.

• Capable of performing all work within the continental U.S.

• Able to primarily work remotely with occasional travel, approximately once a month.

• Strong preference for candidates with extensive AWS and GovCloud platform experience, including IAM, IAM Roles for Service Accounts (IRSA), secure networking, GuardDuty, AWS Inspector, and AWS KMS.

• Familiarity with NIST SP 800-53 Revision 5 and CMS ARC-AMPE guidance is preferred.

• CrowdStrike certifications are preferred.

• Prior experience in the public sector or government contracting is preferred.
