Senior Manager, Digital Consulting – Oracle Cloud SCM

📋 Description

• Function in a client-facing, dynamic, and diverse role that integrates project and engagement management, team leadership, and client relations.

• Spearhead Oracle Cloud Procurement and Product Hub transformation initiatives for Healthcare Provider organizations.

• Direct solution design and implementation across the complete Procurement suite and Product Hub, emphasizing item and supplier master governance.

• Supervise consulting teams while mentoring managers and consultants.

• Ensure that projects are executed successfully throughout all phases, from pursuit to delivery.

• Evaluate data and provide impactful recommendations.

• Assist in practice development, mentor Coachees, and manage project/organizational administration.

• Keep abreast of emerging trends in healthcare supply chain, procurement, AI, analytics, and Oracle Cloud innovations.

• Deliver leading practices and market insights to clients and internal teams.

• Collaborate with healthcare clients to enhance master data management, procurement, inventory management, sourcing, supplier relationships, and operational efficiency.

• Establish and nurture relationships with client executives, Oracle leadership, and healthcare stakeholders.

• Enhance engagement financial performance through effective resource planning, budget management, and delivery excellence.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a relevant field or equivalent work experience.

• 6–10 years of Oracle SCM Cloud implementation experience in a consulting capacity, or production/operational support for a Healthcare provider.

• Proven track record of successfully delivering multiple end-to-end implementation projects in Oracle Cloud Procurement and Product Hub.

• Capability to train and contribute to the professional growth of Huron staff in project management, relationship management, and technical skills.

• Excellent executive communication and stakeholder management abilities.

• Willingness to travel up to 50% as necessary for client or internal project team engagements.

• Familiarity with Oracle Cloud Procurement, including Sourcing, Contracts, Self-Service Procurement, Purchasing, and Supplier Portal/Management.

• Experience with Oracle Product Hub and governance of item and supplier master data.

• Background in healthcare provision.
