This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Ohio, +1 more state.
• Oversee the design, documentation, standardization, and enhancement of operational processes that support client data feeds and data products.
• Discover and implement strategies to streamline workflows, eliminate manual tasks, reduce operational risks, and boost scalability.
• Establish and uphold process governance, procedures, controls, and operational standards.
• Propel continuous improvement initiatives aimed at enhancing service quality, efficiency, automation, and operational maturity.
• Lead efforts in organizational and process change management while promoting the adoption of new processes, tools, and methodologies.
• Supervise daily operations related to client-facing data feeds and data products.
• Ensure that operational activities align with service commitments, delivery timelines, and business expectations.
• Manage the resolution of operational issues, escalations, root cause analysis, and planning for corrective actions.
• Develop and track operational performance metrics and service measures.
• Collaborate with business, product, engineering, and client-facing teams to ensure operational readiness and effective execution.
• Establish and improve quality processes through automated validations, reconciliation controls, monitoring, and exception management.
• Guide the transition from manual quality reviews to scalable, automated quality controls and exception-based processing.
• Define operational quality standards and verify that outputs meet expectations for accuracy, completeness, and reliability.
• Implement processes for monitoring, alerting, and quality reporting.
• Lead and develop a team of professionals in operational and process management.
• Coach and mentor team members while defining priorities, goals, and development plans.
• Promote collaboration among technology, product, analytics, and business stakeholders.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
• Typically, 9+ years of pertinent experience in operational, process management, data operations, or service delivery roles.
• Proven experience managing client-facing operational processes and service commitments.
• Demonstrated success in leading operational transformation initiatives, including process redesign, automation implementation, standardization, and quality improvements.
• Experience in establishing quality controls, monitoring, automation, and operational governance practices.
• Proven leadership experience in managing teams and driving organizational change.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities.
• Experience in supporting data products, data feeds, operational data services, or client-facing data operations.
• Experience in developing automated operational controls and quality validation frameworks.
• Familiarity with cloud-based data and analytics environments.
• Knowledge of process improvement methodologies and operational excellence practices.
• Experience managing cross-functional initiatives that involve business and technology teams.
• Must currently be authorized to work in the United States full-time without employer support or sponsorship now or in the future.
