β’ Take ownership of the development of comprehensive business dashboards that provide insights into company performance, functional health, and execution speed.
β’ Define, implement, and maintain critical metrics in collaboration with cross-functional teams.
β’ Design and carry out thorough A/B and multivariate experiments alongside Product and cross-functional teams.
β’ Enhance experimentation methodologies, including the evaluation of experience-driven features and the management of concurrent experiments.
β’ Develop predictive and behavioral models that encompass segmentation, churn, propensity, and related analyses.
β’ Convert complex analytical insights into actionable recommendations for executives and cross-functional stakeholders.
β’ Identify opportunities to apply experimentation and causal rigor throughout the organization.
β’ Engage stakeholders throughout the analytical process, from defining questions to providing recommendations.
β’ Lead with expertise, establish robust processes, and enhance team capabilities.
β’ 5β8+ years of experience in data science, business intelligence, applied statistics, or advanced analytics.
β’ A Master's or Ph.D. in Statistics, Data Science, Operations Research, Mathematics, Econometrics, or a related quantitative discipline.
β’ Proven experience in creating business dashboards and insight systems that enhance operational visibility and inform executive decision-making.
β’ Strong expertise in experimental design and causal inference, including A/B testing, power analysis, difference-in-differences, and propensity methods.
β’ Extensive background in predictive and behavioral modeling, encompassing regression, classification, segmentation, time series, and gradient boosting.
β’ Proficient in SQL.
β’ Advanced skills in Python, including libraries such as pandas, scikit-learn, statsmodels, and PySpark, and/or R.
β’ Practical experience with modern data stacks; familiarity with Databricks is preferred.
β’ Practical understanding of AI/LLM tools for exploratory analysis, code assistance, and documentation.
β’ Knowledge of responsible AI practices and data governance.
