This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Missouri.
• Analyze comprehensive and integrated datasets to derive value and influence business decisions.
• Partner with key business stakeholders to pinpoint areas of value, create solutions, and provide insights aimed at reducing overall care costs and enhancing clinical outcomes.
• Interpret and analyze data from healthcare providers, members/patients, and third-party sources.
• Assist in the execution of large-scale projects with minimal guidance from leadership.
• Identify and conduct root-cause analysis of data discrepancies, presenting findings and proposed solutions to leadership and/or customers.
• Oversee multiple variable tasks and data review processes within set timelines.
• Aid in the design, testing, and implementation of process improvements while identifying automation opportunities.
• Utilize quantitative analysis, data mining, and data presentation skills to comprehend customer interactions with analytic products.
• Convey findings and insights both verbally and visually to non-technical business partners.
• Independently engage with customers and business partners to collect requirements and validate results.
• Deliver data-driven insights and recommendations to both internal and external stakeholders, incorporating their feedback.
• Execute additional duties as assigned.

• Must be authorized to work in the U.S. without requiring employment-based visa sponsorship, now or in the future.
• Bachelor’s degree in business, economics, statistics, mathematics, actuarial science, public health, health informatics, healthcare administration, finance, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
• 2+ years of experience with large databases, data verification, and data management, or 1+ years of IT experience.
• Proficient in SQL/query languages.
• Experience in healthcare analytics is preferred.
• Familiarity with programming languages such as Python and R is preferred.
• Knowledge of statistical, analytical, or data mining techniques, including basic data modeling, trend analysis, and root-cause analysis is preferred.
• Preferred familiarity with modern business intelligence and visualization tools.
