This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Lead the US customer operations team to align commercial progress with customer results.
• Oversee camera orders and manage inventory from manufacturing partners.
• Anticipate hardware demand based on the sales pipeline.
• Organize hardware delivery and activation for new clients.
• Establish and manage the US camera servicing operations, including repairs, replacements, and loaner units.
• Set expectations for customer uptime.
• Collaborate with sales on commercial agreements.
• Prepare and revise customer contracts.
• Manage external legal counsel when necessary and facilitate agreements to completion.
• Develop contract frameworks for health systems, provider groups, and independent practices.
• Secure data rights that support the AI development roadmap.
• Create contracting infrastructure, which includes templates, workflow tools, signing authority routing, and playbooks.
• Oversee legacy contract obligations and ensure compliance with customer agreements.
• Draft internal policies and standard operating procedures (SOPs).
• Develop AI-driven automation to streamline manual workflows and enable scalable operations.
• 3-5 years of experience in business or operations, with direct responsibility for hardware logistics or commercial contract management.
• Startup experience is highly preferred, especially in a Series A or B context.
• Previous experience in management consulting or investment banking is advantageous.
• Experience in a regulated industry is a significant plus; ideally in medical devices, in vitro diagnostics, or health technology with a hardware component.
• Possess a systems-thinking mindset that enhances processes.
• Hands-on experience with AI tools, including the development or automation of real workflows.
• Outstanding written communication skills and a keen attention to detail.
