📋 Description

• Lead and facilitate the comprehensive transformation of credit and collections from a reactive transactional model to a forward-thinking, intelligence-driven operating framework.

• Assess, trial, and incorporate new AI technologies, longitudinal behavioral analytics, and predictive decision-making tools.

• Create adaptable account segmentation models utilizing multi-variable AI-enhanced portfolio scoring.

• Design and implement automated collection strategies and Oracle system workflows.

• Ensure alignment of credit risk assessments with business objectives.

• Utilize predictive analytics and automated processes to enhance cash flow, reduce DSO, and increase savings on bad debt expenses.

• Set performance benchmarks and monitor portfolio health, overdue metrics, and bad debt risks.

• Develop a cohesive credit framework and a dedicated credit team in alignment with Sales and Operations.

• Formulate and execute a service suspension strategy in collaboration with Sales, Operations, and GBS/Finance leadership.

• Manage a multi-regional team of Strategy specialists and Collections Managers across the US, Canada, Bogota, and Manila.

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 8 years of progressive experience in Credit & Collections, Finance Operations, or Revenue Management, including leadership roles overseeing managers and global teams.

• Demonstrated proficiency in risk segmentation, predictive analytics, AI-enhanced portfolio scoring, dynamic collection strategies, and automated processes.

• Extensive experience in utilizing Oracle ERP for the development of collections strategies, workflow configurations, and system-driven enhancements.

• Proven history of driving improvements in working capital, reducing DSO, and minimizing bad debt.

• Exceptional cross-functional communication and stakeholder management skills across GBS, Finance, and Sales leadership.

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related discipline.

• Must be located in the US.
