This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Take full ownership of content strategy and execution for a diverse portfolio of clients, including intricate accounts and multi-workstream projects.
• Act as a reliable partner to clients by converting business objectives, audience requirements, and performance metrics into content priorities and suggestions.
• Create strategic content roadmaps that link organic search, AI-driven discovery, brand authority, audience interaction, and overall marketing goals.
• Discover and prioritize content opportunities through keyword and audience analysis, competitive evaluations, content performance reviews, and changing search habits.
• Lead discussions and presentations with clients, conveying recommendations, outcomes, and subsequent actions.
• Formulate editorial calendars, content briefs, optimization strategies, and integrated campaigns while ensuring strategic coherence and editorial excellence.
• Collaborate with SEO, Paid Media, Social, Digital PR, Creative, and Analytics teams on cohesive content initiatives and amplification strategies.
• Assess content performance, extract actionable insights, and propose adjustments based on KPIs and business impact.
• Utilize AI tools and contemporary workflows to enhance content research, planning, development, and analysis.
• A minimum of 6 years of experience in Content Marketing, SEO Content, Editorial Strategy, or a similar agency or in-house marketing position.
• Proven experience in independently crafting and managing content strategies that yield measurable results across organic search, engagement, or broader business aims.
• Documented experience applying SEO best practices and AI-driven search insights to content strategy, development, optimization, and performance evaluation.
• Experience in translating audience research, keyword analytics, competitive insights, and content performance into prioritized strategic recommendations.
• Background in creating and managing website content, blogs, thought leadership pieces, and integrated digital marketing assets.
• Demonstrated ability to juggle multiple clients, complex projects, and competing priorities in a fast-paced setting.
• Excellent client-facing communication and presentation skills, including the ability to articulate strategic recommendations, results, and trade-offs.
• Experience working collaboratively with SEO, Paid Media, Social, Digital PR, Creative, and Analytics teams.
• Proficiency in using Google Analytics, Google Search Console, SEMrush, Adobe Analytics, Asana, and AI productivity tools such as ChatGPT or Claude.
• Preferred: Experience handling enterprise-level B2B or B2C client accounts.
