Junior Content, CRM Trainee

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Argentina.

📋 Description

• Schedule, publish, and localize content across LATAM social media platforms.

• Research trends and formats to ensure social content remains innovative.

• Contribute creative concepts to enhance regional engagement.

• Assist in the execution of day-to-day CRM campaigns across LATAM markets, including localization and follow-up activities.

• Keep CRM workflows and documentation organized.

• Investigate local trends and cultural insights.

• Tailor high-performing creative from Brazil for LATAM audiences.

• Collaborate with the Creative Studio and Growth teams.

• Support initiatives aimed at LATAM growth.

• Maintain organized trackers and ensure project information is up to date.

• Authentic interest in content, social media, and audience engagement.

• Strong focus on quality and accuracy in both content and operational responsibilities.

• Ability to collaborate effectively across various teams and communicate clearly.

• Curiosity, adaptability, and a willingness to learn new tools and processes.

• Understanding of Colombian and broader LATAM trends, culture, and dating dynamics.

• Proficient in English and Spanish, both spoken and written.

• Located in Argentina.

• Available to commence work immediately or within a short notice period.
