This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Colombia.

📋 Description

• Plan, publish, and adapt content for social media channels in the LATAM region.

• Analyze current trends and formats, contributing innovative ideas to enhance audience engagement.

• Assist in the daily execution of CRM campaigns across LATAM markets, including localization and follow-up activities.

• Ensure CRM workflows and documentation are well-organized.

• Investigate local trends and cultural insights.

• Modify successful creative content from Brazil to suit LATAM audiences.

• Collaborate with the Creative Studio and Growth teams.

• Aid LATAM growth operations while maintaining accurate trackers and project details.

• Detail-oriented, ensuring quality and accuracy in both content and operational tasks.

• Ability to collaborate effectively with various teams and communicate clearly.

• Curious, adaptable, and enthusiastic about learning new tools and processes.

• In tune with Colombian and broader LATAM trends, culture, and dating dynamics.

• Fluent in both English and Spanish, with strong spoken and written skills.

• Located in Bogotá.

• Available to begin immediately or within a short notice period.
