This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Spain.
• Oversee the content team throughout Latin America and Spain, which includes conducting regular one-on-one meetings and setting performance standards.
• Execute the regional roadmap and maintain quality rhythms, encompassing roadmap evaluations, coverage-parity reports, and periodic check-ins.
• Mentor the team to meet Clio's global performance benchmarks and address skill or process deficiencies.
• Engage with the Content Manager guild to share strategies for source acquisition and enrichment methodologies.
• Establish and manage the content roadmap for Spain and key Latin American jurisdictions.
• Monitor coverage, currency, and quality in relation to legal-content providers and Clio's global standards.
• Define KPIs for completeness, update speed, depth of enrichment, and reliability.
• Build a case for regional content investment linked to win rates, retention, and revenue generation.
• Collaborate with Data Ops and Content Engineering on ingestion and enrichment processes, including the Iceberg migration.
• Implement global metadata, structuring, citation, and citator standards to Spanish and Latin American legal content.
• Prioritize regional pipeline and tooling requirements within the shared demand queue.
• Maintain a regional coverage map and assess content gaps.
• Present build, buy, and licensing recommendations to the Director of Licensing and Corporate Development.
• Report on regional costs, throughput, coverage parity, and progress in enrichment; provide quarterly presentations to the Content Committee.
• Serve as Clio's authority on Spain and Latin American legal content for Product, Sales, Marketing, and Support teams.
• Act as the bilingual liaison between English- and Spanish-speaking stakeholders.
• Assist with enterprise RFPs and sales initiatives that require expertise in legal content.
• Contribute regional competitive intelligence to inform pricing, packaging, and market entry strategies.
• 8 to 12 years of experience in legal publishing, legal data operations, or content and product management, with direct involvement in the Spanish or Latin American legal markets.
• At least 2 years of direct team management experience.
• Profound understanding of at least one Latin American legal system or the Spanish legal system.
• Familiarity with the distinctions between Latin American and Spanish legal frameworks.
• Proven history of managing a multi-country content operation or regional team aligned with a unified global standard.
• Complete fluency in both English and Spanish, in both written and spoken forms.
• Strong people management capabilities, including coaching, conducting performance discussions, and fostering team culture.
• Experience in product ownership across multiple jurisdictions.
• Skills in data-driven prioritization and ROI modeling.
• Technical expertise in ingestion pipelines, metadata, and citators.
