📋 Description

• Analyze each client comprehensively, covering their offerings, target demographic, positioning, voice and tone, as well as competitors.

• Perform weekly market and reference research to craft customized scripts.

• Strategize and schedule the organic content plan aimed at attracting and qualifying leads.

• Create high-converting advertisements, including hooks, scripts, and copy, and enhance top-performing creatives.

• Develop lead-capture landing pages and video sales letters (VSLs), ensuring coherence with campaign narratives.

• Design strategic newsletters and email marketing sequences.

• Evaluate content performance metrics weekly and apply continuous enhancements.

• Collaborate with the paid media and web development teams to coordinate deliverables.

⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 2 years of experience in copywriting or performance-oriented social media, ideally within agencies, digital products, or product launches.

• A portfolio is required, showcasing ads, video scripts, and at least one landing page, with performance data when available.

• In-depth knowledge of direct-response copywriting techniques, including hooks, VSLs, lead capture and sales pages, and email communications.

• Strong analytical skills to research target audiences, objections, pain points, and market benchmarks.

• Capability to interpret fundamental marketing and paid media metrics, such as CTR, CPL, reach, and retention rates.

• Advanced proficiency with AI tools like Claude and ChatGPT for research and writing, with a skill for humanizing content and eliminating an AI-generated tone.

• Native Portuguese speaker, with the skill to adapt content for European Portuguese.

• Intermediate English proficiency for reading and researching relevant references.
