This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Minnesota.
• Assist in the establishment and management of a robust and efficient global supply chain for the commercial supply of gedatolisib and future pipeline programs.
• Aid in the development and maintenance of processes that ensure continuous commercial supply while upholding regulatory and quality compliance.
• Contribute to production planning, global logistics and warehousing, global supply chain procurement, planning and sourcing, demand management, end-to-end inventory strategy, and materials management.
• Support global trade compliance, security, integrity, and packaging activities.
• Help in the development and implementation of standard business processes, including quality-related activities, for new product launches.
• Assist in business integrations and the subsequent supply operations both internally and with CMO partners.
• Bachelor’s degree.
• 8 years of experience in the pharmaceutical industry.
• A minimum of 5 years of work experience in a commercial supply environment, preferably in international markets.
• An MBA or other advanced degree focused on Supply Chain Management is advantageous.
• APICS Certified Supply Chain Professional certification is a plus.
• Proven experience overseeing external supply chain partners.
• Strong background in regulatory requirements and inspections for commercial products.
• Demonstrated experience with pre-launch and commercial launch activities of a new ethical drug, encompassing production planning, system design, and implementation.
• A verified record of accomplishment in GMP/GDP pharmaceutical or biotech supply chain operations.
• Experience related to new product launches and/or establishing supply chains for new markets, including selecting and integrating new external manufacturing and commercial partners.
• Knowledge of DSCSA requirements is a plus.
• Experience in designing and deploying new business processes and supply chain management systems, including Supply Chain Quality, ERP, S&OP, and demand management.
• Strong team leadership and change management experience for routine market supply and market expansion.
• Strong background in quality and compliance.
• Work history in a virtual or semi-virtual pharmaceutical company.
• Leadership and interpersonal skills, including a collaborative and team-oriented approach.
• Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
• Detail-oriented personality with the capability to work and drive change across functions.
• Good organizational, time management, computer, and software skills.
• Ability to learn and implement new techniques, technologies, and innovative approaches.
