This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Alabama, +40 more states.
• Drive the growth of individual products by increasing sales and expanding buy-up opportunities within existing clients for designated regional teams.
• Connect product strategy with execution in the field across various markets, segments, and distribution channels.
• Take ownership of sales performance for designated products, which includes acquiring new logos and upselling within current customers.
• Collaborate with regional sales and account teams to pinpoint target accounts and market segments.
• Create sales strategies and growth plans tailored to specific products.
• Assist in developing the sales pipeline and advancing deals, including discussions with clients and brokers.
• Provide sales teams, brokers, and consultants with compelling value propositions, competitive positioning, and client-ready messaging and materials.
• Conduct and support sales training, product education sessions, and market-facing presentations.
• Simplify complex product features into clear, client-oriented benefits.
• Stay informed about market dynamics, competitive landscapes, and regional buyer requirements.
• Collect voice-of-customer insights through engagements with brokers, consultants, and clients.
• Share insights with product management to enhance positioning, pricing, and packaging.
• Monitor sales, conversion rates, revenue growth, adoption, and penetration KPIs.
• Identify performance gaps and execute targeted growth initiatives.
• Provide regular reports and insights to leadership.
• Contribute to business cases, product enhancements, and strategies for market expansion.
• Offer field-driven feedback for product roadmaps and prioritization efforts.
• Ensure that offerings are in line with customer demand and commercially viable.
• A minimum of 7 years of experience in field sales leadership, product strategy, commercial product roles, sales enablement, business development, account growth, or similar market-facing positions.
• Proven experience in supporting revenue growth through effective product positioning, sales strategy, market execution, or expansion within existing accounts.
• Strong knowledge of payor-focused products, healthcare solutions, or related commercial market segments.
• Experience in closely collaborating with sales teams and product leaders in a matrix environment.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to confidently engage in external discussions with clients and brokers.
• Capacity to translate product direction into commercially relevant messaging and actionable sales execution.
• Strong organizational judgment, prioritization skills, and follow-through in high-visibility, market-facing roles.
• Ability to work independently and influence decisions without formal authority.
• A bachelor's degree is preferred, along with specialized training or relevant professional qualifications.
