Senior Manager Collections

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Poland.

📋 Description

• Manage intricate collections cases and prioritize high-value client relationships from start to finish

• Make decisions regarding write-offs and credit notes while overseeing receivables and aging balances

• Investigate and resolve delays in payments and disputes in collaboration with internal teams

• Analyze aging reports and payment trends to implement strategies for reducing Days Sales Outstanding (DSO) and addressing high-risk accounts

• Enhance collection tools and optimize dunning processes

• Provide precise cash collection forecasts

• Serve as the primary contact for key client relationships and cross-departmental disputes involving Finance, Sales, Account Management, and Operations

• Keep accurate records of all activities

⛳️ Requirements

• 4–8 years of experience in Collections, Accounts Receivable, or Finance operations

• Proficient in German, English, and Polish

• Strong understanding of dunning processes, financial risk evaluation, and dispute resolution

• Practical experience with collection tools and ERP systems

• Excellent negotiation abilities and experience in managing stakeholders across all levels
