This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Colombia.

📋 Description

• Manage renewals or collections

• Negotiate, connect with clients, and transform conversations into opportunities

• Understand each client's needs and provide solutions

• Recover accounts and strengthen relationships with clients

• Provide advisory services and management through telephone channels

• Participate in 25 days of training and adaptation to the commercial model

⛳️ Requirements

• Minimum of 1 year of recent and certified experience in collections, account recovery, retention, or loyalty

• Technologist or professional in any field

• Skills in negotiation, empathy, communication, and handling objections

• Experience in client management and telephone channels

• Proficient in digital and office tools

• Reside in Colombia

• Availability to work from Monday to Friday from 8:00 a.m. to 7:00 p.m. and Saturdays from 9:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m.
