This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Act as an internal authority on InStride’s care model and evidence-based practices concerning anxiety, OCD, related disorders, and co-occurring conditions.
• Generate, review, and coordinate external clinical content that is evidence-based, which includes blogs, webinars, thought leadership pieces, website content, and educational resources.
• Collaborate with the Growth team to ensure accurate representation of clinical offerings and patient demographics in external communications.
• Represent InStride’s clinical initiatives in public relations opportunities and meetings with external partners.
• Develop clinical content, protocols, and training materials for expansion into new age groups, payers, and conditions.
• Customize evidence-based content to cater to various developmental stages and new populations.
• Create and enhance training, protocols, and clinical resources for complex, high-acuity cases.
• Design and provide ongoing training for therapists, exposure coaches, and psychiatrists.
• Act as a clinical resource for supervisors and leaders of care teams.
• Assist in leading the responsible integration of AI into clinical care and collaborate with Tech Product on tools and feedback mechanisms.
• Convert clinical requirements into AI products and develop training and change management strategies for implementation.
• Create AI-enabled workflows that support clinician engagement and prevent burnout.
• Revise the curriculum, Provider Guide, clinical protocols, and other relevant materials.
• Assess content and protocols, address gaps, and facilitate feedback loops with Clinical Operations and the care team.
• Collaborate with Design to develop branded, user-friendly materials.
• Contribute to strategic enablers and significant clinical initiatives.
• Serve as a therapy subject matter expert within cross-functional Tech Product and Design teams.
• Facilitate 1–2 parent/caregiver and/or patient groups and provide clinical evaluation coverage as required.
• PhD or PsyD in psychology from an accredited institution, LICSW from an accredited school of social work, or LMHC with a master’s degree from an accredited graduate program.
• Advanced clinical education and experience focused on children, adolescents, and young adults dealing with anxiety, OCD, related disorders, and common comorbidities.
• Training and experience in evidence-based treatments including CBT, ERP, ACT, and DBT, along with the appropriate provider licensure.
• Proven experience in creating engaging, evidence-based clinical materials for children, teens, and young adults, tailored to specific age groups.
• Capacity to simplify complex clinical and operational concepts into clear content and protocols.
• A keen interest in AI and a history of embracing new tools.
• Passion for responsibly leveraging AI to enhance care and a willingness to collaborate with technical teams.
• Proven ability to work collaboratively across multiple stakeholders in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial setting.
• Strong strategic prioritization skills, independent judgment, and adaptability in the face of change.
• Excellent clinical judgment with the ability to make decisions in an evolving structure.
• Exceptional written and interpersonal communication skills.
• Cultural competence in matters of diversity and inclusion.
• Preferred: experience on a clinical product team and collaboration with technology/product partners.
