This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Collaborate with sales and the solution architect during the pre-sales phase to gain insights into prospects' EMR environments, workflows, and requirements.
• Oversee customer implementations from the moment the contract is signed until the go-live phase.
• Develop project timelines, sequence dependencies, and set go-live dates.
• Facilitate customer kickoff meetings and establish a regular engagement schedule.
• Act as the primary point of contact for implementation status, communicating progress and potential timeline risks.
• Convert customer requirements into detailed product specifications.
• Guide EHR integration workflows, including FHIR and custom API implementations, across platforms such as Epic, Cerner, athenahealth, and other third-party integration systems.
• Collaborate with engineering and data governance teams to validate data flows and configurations.
• Manage the Health Information Exchange Delegation of Authority process.
• Track prospects nearing contract signing and their integration requirements for implementation planning.
• Maintain oversight of upcoming and in-progress implementations, capacity constraints, and associated risks.
• Monitor and report on implementation performance, customer satisfaction, and team capacity metrics.
• Drive continuous improvement in implementation processes, documentation, and internal knowledge sharing.
• Minimum of 7 years of relevant experience.
• Proven ability to create and manage complex project timelines across various workstreams and stakeholders.
• Experience in managing customer relationships during critical go-live events.
• Confident communication skills to relay progress and setbacks.
• Capability to translate vague sales-stage information and technical requirements into actionable implementation strategies.
• Proficient in EHR integration, including FHIR, HL7, and RESTful APIs.
• Comfortable troubleshooting integration challenges in real-time.
• Ability to manage multiple concurrent EMR implementations while ensuring attention to detail.
• Strong proactive communication and risk management abilities.
• Bonus: Experience with user acceptance testing and software quality assurance.
• Bonus: Background in a healthcare organization dealing with clinical data exchange.
• Bonus: Familiarity with HIE data-sharing agreements and the Delegation of Authority process.
