This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Singapore.
• Spearhead the channel strategy development for APAC (excluding China), ensuring alignment of category sales and growth objectives with both internal sales teams and channel partners.
• Assess and pinpoint essential retail platform partners in each country, placing priority on engagement levels.
• Partner with HQ campaign teams and regional teams to implement global campaigns and facilitate new product introductions within the channel.
• Work alongside Country Sales Leads and local OEM/AIC partners to strategize and prioritize seasonal and monthly channel marketing initiatives with local retailers.
• Oversee the refresh and distribution of marketing materials within the channel.
• Collaborate with product and creative teams to create and sustain compelling marketing content and effective selling information that enhances sales conversions.
• Evaluate product assortments, pricing structures, and promotional effectiveness to optimize program results.
• Provide training to key regional retailers through guideline dissemination and product education, empowering local country teams with “train the trainer” initiatives.
• Guarantee 100% brand compliance by supplying branding guidelines to channel partners.
• Bachelor's degree or relevant experience; an MBA is preferred.
• Minimum of 8+ years of professional experience.
• 3–5 years in a leading e-commerce firm with a focus on merchandising and category management, or in a high-tech consumer electronics company overseeing regional channel marketing.
• At least three years of experience in team management.
• Comprehensive understanding of the gaming and PC/IT sectors.
• Profound insight into the channel landscape across the APAC region, including experience or familiarity with key retailers in significant APAC countries.
• Proven leadership abilities to collaborate with country teams in planning and executing online and offline channel marketing initiatives.
• Established project management capabilities.
• Strong analytical skills for interpreting trends and data, enabling informed projections and assertions.
• Experience with Content Management Systems and Product Catalog Management.
• Ability to work effectively under pressure, prioritize assignments, and manage a diverse portfolio of programs and activities.
