In-House Marketing Representative

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Michigan.

📋 Description

• Act as a positive and professional representative of Hilton Grand Vacations.

• Function as a concierge, providing local insights to enhance the guest experience.

• Work in collaboration with resort staff to obtain arrival sheets for incoming guests.

• Reach out to potential customers, encouraging them to participate in a sales preview tour.

• Evaluate and qualify potential customers in accordance with company guidelines.

• Arrange sales-tour reservations and gather necessary deposits.

⛳️ Requirements

• Experience in timeshare sales or marketing is essential.

• Meeting production standards is a requirement.

• Capability to call and present to prospective customers while adhering to company policies, compliance standards, and regulatory requirements.

• Willingness to attend scheduled training sessions and departmental meetings.

• Ability to keep current with marketing materials and industry developments.

• Capability to regularly review performance goals.
