This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Oversee the HIT strategy, execution accountability, and technical precision for Pfizer’s U.S. Specialty Care portfolio.
• Act as the integrated HIT subject matter expert within Specialty Care teams focused on brand, access, and patient solutions.
• Ensure that initiatives involving EHR or HIT-related AI workflows are practical, compliant, deployable, and rooted in real-world health system practices.
• Take ownership of the central HIT strategy for brand, access, and patient solution projects.
• Provide insights on EHR and workflow feasibility to brand teams during the planning phase.
• Ensure accuracy, coherence, and consistency of HIT resources.
• Assist in the HIT strategy throughout the complete brand lifecycle, from pre-launch planning to post-launch optimization and LOE.
• Collaborate with Legal, Regulatory, Medical, and the HIT Center of Excellence to develop RC-ready, compliant HIT content.
• Support RC submission processes to minimize rework, escalations, and launch delays.
• Maintain a clear separation from EHR build, testing, configuration, or implementation tasks.
• Facilitate scalable HIT execution across Specialty Care brands.
• Partner with Specialty Care HIT Directors to synchronize brand execution with broader HIT strategies and customer insights.
• Contribute to internal training and enablement initiatives.
• Operate in a non-customer-facing capacity in collaboration with Brand Marketing, Access, Patient Solutions, Specialty Care HIT Directors, Legal, Regulatory, Medical, and approved HIT agencies.
• Report to the Specialty Care HIT Team Lead and assist both KAM-aligned and non-KAM-aligned franchises.
• A Bachelor’s degree is required (BS/BA).
• A minimum of 7 years of experience in digital health, HIT strategy, healthcare IT, or similar fields.
• Strong comprehension of EHR systems and health system workflows in relation to the patient journey.
• Proven ability to thrive in a highly matrixed, cross-functional setting.
• Demonstrated experience managing regulatory, legal, and compliance-driven workflows.
• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with the capability to engage and influence senior stakeholders without direct authority.
• Prior experience at Pfizer as a HIT Solutions Account Director or HIT Marketer is preferred.
• Experience collaborating with or within health systems, EHR vendors, digital health organizations, or agencies focused on HIT.
• Practical experience with major EHR platforms and advanced digital health functionalities, including data analytics and AI-enabled tools.
• Experience in developing HIT resources, familiarity with the HIT COE process, and the GCMA/RC process.
• Strong project management abilities, capable of managing multiple initiatives across various brands.
• Knowledge of portfolio-level marketing strategies and launch execution across multiple franchises.
• Expertise in disease states relevant to the Specialty Care portfolio.
• Willingness to travel as required.
• Candidates must have authorization to work in the U.S. from any employer.
