This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Oversee the planning and execution of marketing strategies, product launches, and campaigns that bolster Prime's brand and sales efforts.
• Collaborate with various business partners, stakeholders, and senior leadership to grasp business objectives, product offerings, client engagement/adoption, historical data, and market positioning.
• Convert business insights into effective marketing strategies and unique messaging.
• Provide expert writing and strategic direction for creative initiatives that align with organizational goals.
• Maintain consistency in key messages across all marketing materials.
• Analyze market conditions and trends to inform messaging and tactics aimed at specific audiences.
• Prioritize strategic initiatives at both the strategic and departmental levels while managing multiple projects simultaneously.
• Ensure that messaging and deliverables are in line with the overall enterprise strategy.
• Mentor junior team members and offer strategic guidance on various projects and programs.
• Carry out additional duties as required.
• A bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, or a related field, or an equivalent combination of education and relevant work experience.
• A high school diploma or GED is essential.
• A minimum of 8 years of experience in related marketing positions, including B2B marketing, product marketing, and/or communications.
• Must be authorized to work in the United States without requiring work visa or residency sponsorship.
• Excellent interpersonal skills, including the ability to facilitate meetings, resolve conflicts, build consensus, establish rapport, and collaborate across departments.
• Strong relationship management skills and the capability to earn credibility with leadership.
• Ability to drive company initiatives at the senior management level.
• Attention to detail and the ability to juggle multiple projects with competing deadlines.
• Ability to comprehend business needs and communicate them effectively to team members.
• Compliance with job-specific security responsibilities, as well as legal, regulatory, contractual, and internal policy requirements is required.
• Preferred: experience within the health insurance or Pharmacy Benefits Management (PBM) sector.
• Preferred: leadership or people management experience.
• Preferred: MBA or MBC degree.
• Preferred: experience in brand development and positioning.
