📋 Description

• Oversee assigned project and program initiatives by managing timelines, milestones, meetings, and follow-up actions across various business endeavors.

• Create project plans, status reports, trackers, and documentation to facilitate execution, reporting, and communication with stakeholders.

• Collaborate with internal teams to gather requirements, verify dependencies, and ensure alignment on project goals and deliverables.

• Assess project advancement, resource requirements, and performance metrics to identify discrepancies, emerging issues, and risks to completion.

• Analyze problems, delays, and process inefficiencies to uncover root causes and aid in prompt resolution.

• Suggest modifications to plans, priorities, and operational methods to enhance delivery efficiency and sustain progress against expectations.

• Establish standardized templates, reporting practices, and coordination methods to improve project administration and ensure consistency across the portfolio.

⛳️ Requirements

• A bachelor's degree in business administration, engineering, commerce, or a related field, or equivalent experience is required.

• A minimum of 6 years of experience in business project/program management, PMO, portfolio management, change management, or a related field is required.

• A master's degree in business administration, engineering, commerce, or a related field, or equivalent experience is preferred.

• Certification in Project Management Professional (PMP) or an equivalent certification is preferred.

• Certified Associate in Project Management (CAPM) or an equivalent certification is preferred.
