This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Assist in the development and implementation of Lime’s enterprise planning and operating framework.

• Convert the Long Range Plan into annual strategies and financial plans.

• Create and sustain Long Range Plan and Total Addressable Market/Serviceable Available Market models.

• Aid in capital allocation assessments.

• Contribute to planning cycles, business evaluations, Objectives and Key Results (OKRs), and tracking of enterprise priorities.

• Ensure visibility on progress and potential execution risks.

• Help enhance Lime’s competitive intelligence capabilities.

• Monitor competitor activities and provide insights to support leadership decisions.

• Organize and manage cross-functional strategic projects.

• Conduct analyses, monitor progress, and ensure accountability.

• Assist in preparing materials for the board, including analyses and governance documentation.

• Evaluate significant strategic questions and support leadership recommendations.

• Collaborate across departments and support the Chief of Staff and the executive leadership team.

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 6 years of experience in strategy, operations, finance, consulting, or related fields.

• Proficient analytical and financial modeling skills.

• Experience in supporting cross-functional projects and engaging with various stakeholders.

• Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.

• Capacity to thrive in a fast-paced environment and prioritize competing tasks.

• Comfortable navigating ambiguous situations and solving structured challenges.

• Strong analytical aptitude with the ability to convert insights into actionable recommendations.

• Detail-oriented and capable of managing multiple responsibilities at once.

• Willingness to travel up to 30% of the time.

• Must possess authorization to work in the country where the position is advertised.

• Proficiency in the English language is required.
