Senior Manager, Benefits – EMEA, Latin America

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Ireland, +1 more country.

📋 Description

• Deliver strategic leadership for benefits across the EMEA and Latin America regions.

• Collaborate with global and regional teams to implement competitive, sustainable, and employee-centric programs.

• Direct benefits renewals, funding strategies, vendor management, and evaluations of broker relationships.

• Oversee pooling and captive strategies for benefits within the assigned regions.

• Provide expert advice on global risk management, funding strategies for insured benefits, market trends, costs, and design strategies.

• Collaborate with the Total Rewards Mergers and Acquisitions team during and after transaction closures.

• Manage timelines for regional renewals and enrollments.

• Spearhead benefits renewal, remarketing, and funding initiatives.

• Propel strategic benefits projects in partnership with Human Resources, Payroll, Finance, Legal, Procurement, and HR Operations.

• Supervise contract negotiations and RFP processes.

• Ensure uniformity across different geographies.

• Manage vendor relationships, establish Service Level Agreements (SLAs), and assess vendor performance.

• Formulate recommendations for annual updates and enhancements.

⛳️ Requirements

• A relevant Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience.

• At least 10 years of relevant professional experience.

• A minimum of 10 years of work experience is necessary, with over 5 years preferred in managing global benefits and vendor management.

• More than 5 years of experience in business-facing HR, HR COE, HR Operations, or related roles is preferred.

• Experience in managing a global broker relationship is preferred.

• Strong skills in collaboration.

• Exceptional attention to detail.

• Capability to effectively handle multiple priorities.

• Willingness to travel up to 10%.
