This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Take ownership of the audit training curriculum, encompassing onboarding, ongoing certification, and advanced training pathways for auditors.
• Create, implement, and assess training on audit guidelines, sampling methodologies, and quality standards.
• Design and sustain training for AI-enhanced audit workflows, which includes the validation of AI-generated findings, monitoring accuracy drift, managing exceptions, and integrating human-in-the-loop controls.
• Convert quality findings and root cause analysis into specific training interventions.
• Develop and execute remediation plans aimed at addressing skill and knowledge gaps, incorporating measurable success criteria and follow-up evaluations.
• Facilitate the implementation of updated audit guidelines and AI workflow modifications through rollout training, job aids, and reinforcement post-implementation.
• Leverage generative AI tools to customize training experiences, expedite onboarding, and enhance knowledge retention.
• Establish metrics to assess training effectiveness and report results to audit operations leadership.
• Relay training performance, skill deficiencies, and remediation progress to senior leadership.
• Foster relationships across audit operations, quality assurance, and the wider audit enterprise.
• Oversee trainer and facilitator coverage and reallocate responsibilities to meet targets.
• Recruit, nurture, coach, lead, and retain training talent.
• Integrate training programs with CCV Operations, Quality Audit, content, and Client Service teams.
• Maintain training curricula within learning management systems and supervise program oversight.
• Manage project scope, timelines, resources, stakeholder expectations, and documentation for improvements.
• A Bachelor's degree in a relevant field is required.
• Minimum of 3 years' experience in technical leadership involving personnel and projects, with previous experience in training, learning and development, or quality audit.
• Familiarity with generative AI applications such as Claude, Microsoft Copilot, or similar tools is essential.
• Knowledge of AI validation, exception reviews, quality drift, and human-in-the-loop controls.
• Proficient in instructional design, enabling the creation of clear, engaging, and measurable training curricula.
• Proven experience in influencing behaviors and driving the adoption of process, quality, or performance enhancements across audit teams.
• Capability to formulate training remediation plans with stakeholders, including milestones, measurable success criteria, and follow-through.
• Proficient in communicating training outcomes, skill gaps, and program performance to leadership.
• Advanced knowledge of Excel, including Pivot Tables, Macros, VLOOKUPs, queries, and complex written formulas.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Exceptional organizational skills, with a keen attention to detail and accuracy.
• Ability and willingness to learn new concepts and software applications.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, along with strong presentation abilities.
• Prior experience in a HIPAA-regulated environment.
• Comfortable speaking in front of groups, engaging with clients, and collaborating with physician executives.
• Ability to handle confidential information appropriately.
• Capable of working independently as well as in a team setting.
• Proficient in managing multiple tasks, prioritizing effectively, and meeting deadlines.
• Ability to mentor staff and enhance their performance.
• Skills in root cause analysis, trend monitoring, and needs assessment.
• Familiarity with instructional design frameworks or quality methodologies is a bonus.
• Experience in developing or maintaining audit training programs, certification pathways, or learning management systems is advantageous.
• Knowledge of medical reimbursement/payment policies, audit review methodologies, and medical terminology is a plus.
