Senior Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Canada.

📋 Description

• Act as Nanit's specialist on the Canadian market, encompassing consumer behavior, competitive landscape, and retail dynamics.

• Manage the Canadian P&L and spearhead revenue growth across DTC, Amazon.ca, and retail channels.

• Identify and implement growth strategies to enhance market share while collaborating with local distributors.

• Assess team requirements and collaborate with Sales, Marketing, Supply Chain, Finance, and Growth experts.

• Establish and nurture retail partnerships with key Canadian accounts in partnership with the distributor.

• Customize Nanit's marketing and branding efforts for Canadian consumers.

• Create demand forecasts and coordinate inventory management with the Supply Chain team.

• Collaborate with US leadership to ensure Canadian strategy aligns with global objectives and leverage insights from the US market.

⛳️ Requirements

• 5 to 8+ years of experience in e-commerce, consumer goods, or retail with authentic P&L or revenue responsibility.

• Direct experience with Amazon Marketplace and management of DTC channels.

• Experience in startups or high-growth environments where you developed the playbook instead of merely adhering to it.

• A commercially savvy generalist with a solid foundation in e-commerce.

• Capability to navigate across Amazon, DTC, and retail channels.

• MBA is an advantage; bilingual proficiency in French is a plus.

• Must reside in Canada, preferably within the Eastern Time Zone.

• Travel across Canada may be necessary as required.

• Occasional trips to the corporate office in New York City will be necessary.
