Senior Manager – Architecture Practice

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Greece.

📋 Description

• Lead the design of solutions for intricate Salesforce programs.

• Transform business challenges into scalable, secure, and maintainable architectural frameworks.

• Provide counsel to senior client stakeholders and facilitate discovery and design workshops.

• Steer architectural decisions from initial concept to final delivery.

• Establish architectural standards and ensure the quality of solutions across projects in accordance with Salesforce Well-Architected principles.

• Mentor Solution Architects, Technical Architects, consultants, and developers throughout the delivery lifecycle.

• Identify architectural risks and address technical dependencies.

• Ensure that implementations adhere to the agreed-upon solution designs.

• Promote innovation through reusable assets, contemporary Salesforce capabilities, and practical AI integration.

• Advance the architecture practice by mentoring, recruiting, building capabilities, and strategic resource planning.

• Encourage technical excellence, knowledge sharing, accountability, and continuous learning.

• Contribute to practice strategy, pre-sales activities, solution estimation, proposals, and client presentations.

⛳️ Requirements

• Demonstrated experience in Salesforce solution architecture and managing complex implementations.

• Strong grasp of integrations, data models, security, and scalable solution design.

• Exceptional communication abilities.

• Confidence in engaging with senior stakeholders.

• A structured, solution-oriented mindset for tackling complex business and technical issues.

• Experience in guiding technical teams, mentoring talent, and driving architectural standards, quality of delivery, and continuous improvement.

• Understanding of project economics, resource planning, and profitability.

• Capability to link technology decisions to business value and support pre-sales and business development efforts.

• Proactive in developing reusable solutions, enhancing delivery practices, and utilizing emerging Salesforce and AI capabilities.

• Fluent in English is required.

• Experience with Consumer Goods Cloud, Retail Execution, Trade Promotion Management, or related consumer goods processes is an advantage.

• Relevant Salesforce certifications are beneficial.

• Proficiency in additional European languages, such as German, Portuguese, Greek, or French, is a plus.
