Oracle Fusion Architect

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Develop a roadmap, design, and implementation strategy for an Oracle SaaS Fusion ERP Finance and Accounting environment that supports A2R and USSGL.

• Provide enterprise-level systems engineering leadership for USSGL/ATM and A2R solutions across Oracle EBS as well as external asset/logistics systems such as ELMS/DPAS.

• Lead comprehensive systems engineering for Oracle EBS Projects, Fixed Assets, Inventory, and GL, along with external logistics platforms.

• Define and oversee the integration architecture for asset data flows between logistics and financial systems, which includes both real-time and batch interfaces.

• Enable traceable asset lifecycle processing from acquisition through CIP/WIP, capitalization, depreciation, and retirement.

• Establish enterprise data models and integration frameworks for asset valuation, cost accumulation, and transfer.

• Lead the design and implementation of the Global Capitalization Interface and automate bulk capitalization and journal processing.

• Minimize manual processes, material misstatements, and timing delays in asset accounting.

• Ensure adherence to DoD financial and logistics standards and audit requirements, including FIAR.

• Lead the resolution of integration issues and data inconsistencies across systems.

• Mentor development teams on RICE-FW integration patterns, interface controls, and data validation strategies.

• Direct system integration testing strategy and performance validation.

• Support audit readiness, reconciliation, and accuracy in reporting.

• Provide leadership in the adoption of Agile/SAFe and DevSecOps methodologies.

⛳️ Requirements

• Must be eligible to obtain a U.S. Government SECRET / TOP SECRET Clearance.

• U.S. Citizenship is required to meet basic federal clearance requirements.

• Clear criminal history check is mandatory.

• No recent or pending bankruptcies should be present.

• A minimum of ten (10) years of experience in systems engineering and software development is required.

• Proficiency in the Oracle EBS R12 or higher platform is essential.

• Hands-on experience in transforming traditional Oracle EBS on-premise and OCI environments into an Oracle Fusion Cloud ERP Application environment is necessary.

• Experience with implementing Oracle Accounting Hub (OAH) is required.

• A relevant certification from a nationally recognized technical authority is preferred.

• Strong experience with Oracle EBS (Projects, Fixed Assets, Inventory) or comparable ERP systems is essential.

• Experience in system integration and enterprise data flow design is required.

• Background in designing and integrating asset management and financial systems is necessary.

• Experience with data modeling, interface design, large-scale system integration, and BI/reporting tools for asset and financial analytics is essential.

• Understanding of asset lifecycle processes (A2R, CIP/WIP, capitalization) is required.

• Experience ensuring data accuracy, auditability, and traceability is crucial.

• Experience working in Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI) environments, including AI/ML Cloud tools, DISA AWS, and Google GovCloud is preferred.

• Familiarity with Agile/SAFe and DevSecOps environments is necessary.

• Excellent oral and written communication skills are required.

• Experience with DAI / Oracle Federal Financials is preferred.

• Familiarity with DPAS / ELMS or other APSR systems and DLMS, CTAS, or DoD logistics standards is preferred.

• Experience in designing capitalization automation and asset accounting integrations is preferred.

• Understanding of FIAR audit requirements and NFR remediation is preferred.
